About the role
We are hiring an enterprise account executive to own the large-enterprise motion: six-figure deals, technical buying committees and multi-quarter cycles. You will close on credibility rather than pressure, because the people evaluating us can tell the difference immediately and will disengage if you cannot hold a technical conversation.
You will work alongside a solutions architect through discovery and proof of concept, and own everything commercial from qualification through pricing, redlines, security review and procurement. Yobitel is NVIDIA Inception backed and operates its own GPU infrastructure, which gives you a genuinely differentiated story to tell, but you will still be selling into a crowded and noisy category.
What success looks like
- A qualified pipeline you built deliberately rather than inherited.
- Deals progress on documented buyer commitments instead of optimism.
- Technical stakeholders come away trusting you, and say so.
Responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close for large-organisation accounts.
- Build pipeline through deliberate outbound work as well as qualifying inbound demand.
- Run technical discovery alongside a solutions architect, and qualify honestly enough to walk away early when it is not a fit.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees spanning engineering, platform, security, finance and procurement.
- Own commercial negotiation including pricing, contract redlines, security questionnaires and procurement process.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and clean pipeline hygiene in the CRM, so the number means something.
- Feed structured market and objection intelligence back into product and marketing.
Requirements
- A track record selling infrastructure, cloud, data or AI products into large enterprises, with results you can evidence.
- Demonstrated performance against quota across multiple periods rather than a single strong year.
- Ability to hold a credible technical conversation with engineering and platform buyers unaided.
- Experience with complex multi-stakeholder cycles including security review and formal procurement.
- Disciplined pipeline and forecast management using a recognised qualification framework.
- Excellent written communication, since much enterprise selling now happens asynchronously.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events as required.
Nice to have
- An existing network among CTO, CIO, VP Engineering or Head of Platform buyers.
- Experience selling GPU compute, AI infrastructure or machine learning tooling specifically.
- Familiarity with cloud marketplace transaction motions such as AWS Marketplace.
- Experience selling in an early-stage company where the process is still being written.
