Engagement Types
Eight shapes of architect-led work
Engagements are scoped to a specific outcome and signed as a statement of work. Select the shape that matches the problem; the scope call confirms the fit.
How an Engagement Runs
From scope call to exit memo
Four phases with clearly defined cadence, artefacts, and handover.
01
Scope
A senior architect on the first call. Outcome, constraints, and compliance perimeter captured in writing.
02
Statement of work
Fixed scope, fixed price, signed deliverables, and the exit artefacts named up front.
03
Build
The engagement runs in your stack, in your tooling, against the milestones in the SoW.
04
Handover
Architecture decision record, runbook set, and an exit memo. Day-two operations transition to Managed Ops where required.
Architecture decision record
Every trade-off documented, every alternative considered. Defensible to a board paper or an external review.
Reference implementation
Working system that lands in your environment. Infrastructure-as-code, runbooks, and validated configurations.
Exit memo
What we built, what is left, and what to watch for in the next two quarters. Owned by your team from handover day one.
Engagement Outcomes
Anonymised engagements, measurable outcomes
Three engagements that closed in the last twelve months. Customers anonymised by category; metrics taken from the signed exit memo.

Why Yobitel
The engagement team is the operating team
Engagements come from Yobitel's product engineering team: the engineers who operate Yobitel's GPU Cloud, design Neocloud builds, and run the managed Yobibyte platform.
NVIDIA Inception partner
Direct line into H200, B200, and GB300 allocation. Procurement compresses from quarters to weeks when the architecture calls for it.
Full stack, from silicon to platform
Yobitel's product engineering team designs the fabric, operates the data centre, and runs the Yobibyte control plane. One reasoning chain across every layer.
UK-HQ, sovereign by default
Engagements default to NCSC posture, G-Cloud framework alignment, and OFFICIAL-tier handling. Sovereignty is built in, not bolted on.
Operator, not integrator
Yobitel operates production AI infrastructure under contract today. The playbook you would write is the one we already operate from.
Compliance Posture
Engagements run to a sovereign baseline
Yobitel is UK-headquartered. Engagements default to NCSC posture, G-Cloud framework alignment, and OFFICIAL-tier handling. EU, US, and APAC delivery inherit the same baseline, with regional residency pinned in the statement of work where the workload requires it.

After the Engagement
Where your work lives next
Most engagements transition to one of three Yobitel surfaces at handover.
Yobibyte
The fully-managed AI-native platform that engagements land on for production.
Omniscient Compute
The vendor-neutral compute search engine across every provider an engagement might target.
Managed Ops
Day-two operations once the engagement closes. NOC, on-call, service review.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What does a Yobitel Professional Services engagement look like?
A senior architect (or small architect team) embedded in your AI delivery programme (anywhere from a training cluster build to an inference platform, an ML pipeline, an AI application, an annotation programme, or embedded SRE inside your environment) for a fixed scope, fixed price, and fixed timeline. Engagements ship a working system plus a documented decision record, runbook set, and exit memo. Typical durations run from six weeks for an optimisation review to several months for a sovereign deployment design.
How does Professional Services relate to the rest of Yobitel?
Architects come from Yobitel's product engineering team: the engineers who operate GPU Cloud, design Neocloud builds, and run the managed Yobibyte platform. Engagements frequently deploy onto Yobibyte or transition to Managed Ops at handover; engagement and operations sit within one organisation.
Where can engagements be delivered?
Yobitel is UK-headquartered and engagements default to UK NCSC posture and OFFICIAL-tier handling. We operate across the UK, EU, GCC, and APAC. Region pinning and data residency are written into the SoW where required.
How is pricing structured?
Every engagement is quoted at a fixed scope and fixed price (in USD), with the deliverables, milestones, and change-request triggers named in the statement of work. Rate cards are available on request; there is no open-ended time-and-materials billing.
Can you work on an existing platform we already run?
Yes. Engagements run in your stack, against your tooling, and the deliverables target your environment. We do not require the customer to be on Yobibyte or Yobitel infrastructure for an engagement to start.

Tell us the outcome, the constraints, and the compliance perimeter. A senior architect reads every brief, and the first call is a scope call, not a sales call.
