Run your compute fleet, without owning the pager
Yobitel runs your compute fleet wherever it lives, across every provider Omniscient Compute indexes. Incident response, fleet health, capacity planning, observability, security operations, and change management, under one SLA contract.

Operations Capabilities
Six pillars of day-two operations
Every managed operations contract covers the same six surfaces. Tier sets the coverage window and reporting depth; the operating posture is the same across all three.
Incident Response
P1 acknowledgement in 15 minutes, on-call rotation across three regions, post-incident review on every Sev-1.
Fleet Health
GPU telemetry continuously evaluated against degradation signatures across every provider substrate. Predictive failure detection and RMA orchestration handled end-to-end.
Capacity Planning
Workload-driven scaling models, headroom monitoring, procurement support against your roadmap and your cloud spend.
Observability
Metrics, traces, logs, and audit trail across the control plane, surfaced through industry-standard tooling and a customer-visible dashboard.
Security Operations
Patch cadence on a published schedule, CVE response with named owners, hardened baselines, OFFICIAL-tier-ready posture where required.
Change Management
Maintenance windows scheduled against your business calendar, change advisory board reviews, rollback contracts on every release.
Service Tiers
Three operations tiers, one SLA contract
Choose the tier that matches your production posture. All tiers settle against the same SLA contract; differences are coverage windows, named-contact depth, and reporting cadence.
Standard
Business-hours coverage with on-call escalation. Suits development estates, internal model serving, and pre-production GPU clusters.
Premium
Most chosen24×7 follow-the-sun coverage with a named account contact and quarterly business review. Suits production inference and customer-facing GPU workloads.
Mission-Critical
Dedicated bridge, audit-grade reporting, OFFICIAL-tier handling on request. For sovereign, regulated, or revenue-critical workloads.
Operations Outcomes
Anonymised customers, measurable outcomes
Three contracts active in the last twelve months. Customers anonymised by category; metrics taken from quarterly service review packs.
Global pharma
Production inference platform serving 14M requests/day moved to 24×7 managed operations after recurring p99 latency excursions.

Why Yobitel
The operations team is the engineering team
Managed operations runs on the same engineering bench that ships Yobitel's GPU Cloud, Neocloud builds, and the managed Yobibyte platform.
Single accountable team
One contract, one bridge, one accountable rotation. No managed-service-provider chains, no escalation handoffs across vendors.
GPU-native, not generic IT
The operations team is built for AI infrastructure: GPU telemetry, fabric familiarity, inference and training workload patterns.
UK-sovereign-ready
NCSC-aligned operations posture, OFFICIAL-tier handling available, G-Cloud-listed delivery for UK public-sector engagements.
Any provider, one bridge
Operations cover GPU fleets wherever Omniscient Compute surfaces capacity: hyperscaler, neocloud, sovereign, regional, and community. One contract, one named on-call rotation, one accountable team regardless of the underlying provider.
Compliance Posture
Operations run to a sovereign baseline
Yobitel is UK-headquartered. Managed operations defaults to NCSC posture, G-Cloud framework alignment, and OFFICIAL-tier handling on Mission-Critical. EU, US, and APAC delivery inherit the same baseline, with regional residency pinned in the SLA contract where the workload requires it.

Managed operations sits alongside the products and services that ship and support every Yobitel customer.
Yobibyte
Yobitel's fully-managed AI-native platform, already operated under this contract.
Omniscient Compute
The compute search engine that surfaces the providers Managed Operations covers. One sourcing path, one operations team.
Customer Excellency
Named success management wrapping every operations contract.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can you operate infrastructure we already run elsewhere?
Yes. Managed operations applies to GPU estates in your data centre, on a hyperscaler, on Yobitel infrastructure, or distributed across all three. The operations team takes the same posture regardless of where the fleet runs.
How is pricing structured?
Monthly fee against the published tier sheet, scaled by fleet size and tier. No surge billing, no incident-based overage. Rate cards are available on request.
What does the SLA actually cover?
Premium and Mission-Critical tiers carry a 99.95% control-plane uptime guarantee and 15-minute P1 acknowledgement, with service credits on breach. The full SLA contract is provided as part of the proposal.
How does OFFICIAL-tier handling work?
For UK government and regulated workloads, operations align with NCSC Cloud Security Principles: segregated network access, least-privilege admin controls, and audit-grade logging suitable for OFFICIAL workloads. Available on Mission-Critical tier.
