Stand up a sovereign GPU cloud, in 14 months, not four years
Turnkey delivery for organisations becoming GPU cloud providers. Site selection, power and cooling, GPU procurement, network fabric, and the platform layer. Every build ships as an Omniscient-indexed provider, consumable from go-live.

Build Capabilities
Six surfaces of a neocloud build
Every neocloud build covers the same six surfaces. Each is delivered against a signed milestone with named exit artefacts.
Site Selection & Strategy
Geography, power availability, fibre paths, regulatory environment, sovereignty class, and renewable-energy mix evaluated against your target customer base.
Power & Cooling Design
Densified power distribution, direct-liquid cooling design, rear-door heat exchangers, and PUE targets matched to GPU mix and density.
GPU Fleet Procurement
Procurement support across NVIDIA H200, B200, GB300, and approved partner SKUs, with allocation strategy, RMA contracts, and refresh cadence.
Day-Two Operations
Optional handover to Yobitel Managed Operations on day-two. Same operations team, same SLA contract, no transition handoff.
Delivery Phases
Four delivery phases
Each phase is a fixed-scope milestone with signed deliverables. You can stop at any phase boundary or continue end-to-end.
01 · Strategy
Request pricingMarket sizing, customer-base modelling, sovereignty class selection, revenue and capex modelling, partner shortlist.
02 · Design
Request pricingSite selection, power and cooling design, fabric design, GPU fleet allocation, platform layer architecture, day-two operations design.
03 · Build
Request pricingProcurement coordination, build management, fabric commissioning, platform deployment, acceptance testing, go-live cutover.
04 · Operate
Request pricingOptional managed operations handover. Yobitel runs the cloud on your behalf against the same SLA contract used across the Yobitel operations book.
Build Outcomes
Anonymised builds, measurable outcomes

Why Yobitel
The build team is the operating team
Neocloud builds come from the same engineering bench that runs Yobitel's GPU Cloud and operates managed customer estates under contract today.
Three neoclouds shipped
The Yobitel team has delivered three sovereign or regional GPU clouds end-to-end. Not advisory engagements: full builds with day-two operations.
UK-sovereign-ready
NCSC posture, OFFICIAL-tier handling, G-Cloud framework listing. For sovereign builds in the UK or for UK-sovereign-adjacent regional clouds.
Single accountable team
Strategy through Operate delivered by one Yobitel team. No general-contractor model with subcontractor chains and split accountability.
Open platform choice
We deploy whichever platform stack fits your business model: proven proprietary or open-source. Your neocloud, your control plane, your tenant policy. No forced product consumption as a condition of the build.
Compliance Posture
Sovereign builds to a UK-NCSC baseline
Yobitel is UK-headquartered. Sovereign builds default to NCSC Cloud Security Principles alignment, G-Cloud framework delivery, and OFFICIAL-tier handling. EU, GCC, and APAC builds inherit the same baseline, with regional residency pinned in the milestone scope where the workload requires it.

After the Build
Where the cloud lives next
Every neocloud build connects to the three Yobitel surfaces that keep it running.
Yobibyte
Yobitel's fully-managed AI infrastructure platform. A separate product offering; not bundled into this service.
Managed Operations
Optional day-two handover. Same SLA contract used across the Yobitel operations book. Take it on day one, after six months, or never at all.
Omniscient Compute
Yobitel's vendor-neutral compute search across providers. Available as a standalone tool; a separate commercial conversation if you want your spare capacity discoverable through it.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do we have to use a Yobitel platform stack?
No. We deploy whichever platform fits your business model: a proven proprietary stack we have shipped before, or an open-source / commercial alternative if your customers need that. The build is the same either way.
Can you stop at the Design phase?
Yes. Each phase is a fixed-scope milestone. You can stop at any phase boundary and either run the next phase yourself, with a different partner, or return to Yobitel later. Deliverables are written to be portable.
How does the revenue and gross-margin modelling work?
Strategy and Design phases produce a fully-loaded capex model and a multi-year revenue and gross-margin model against your assumed customer mix. The model is yours, usable independently of the build decision.
What about renewable energy and PUE targets?
Site selection accounts for renewable-energy availability, grid carbon intensity, and target PUE. Design phase commits to a target PUE and a sustainability posture documented in the build deliverables.
